David Arnold
works in multiple photography formats
and specializes in experiments which integrate silver-based photography
with digital media. He received the National Endowment for the
Arts Fellowship for his photography book, Situations, and has taught photography and art at
multiple levels from elementary to graduate school. He holds a Masters of
Arts Degree in Creative Writing from San Francisco State University and a
Masters for Fine Art from the Academy of Art University in San Francisco.
He lives with his wife, Margaret, an artist, and their little brown dog in
the ramshackle former gold mining town of Smartsville, California, in the
Sierra Nevada Foothills of Northern California.
